This Mambo Component will allow you to create an Unlimited number of Custom Forms for use on your site. Each Form can have up to 20 fields, each of which can be customised to fit your needs. The Form will email the collected data to an email address of your choice.

There have been a large number of feature requests for this component that I had not originally planned on including. This component has been delayed until I have time to add some of them.
